In order to support our continued growth plans for the business, Foster Contracting Limited are pleased to announce the following new appointments
Stewart Welton is promoted to the new role of Contracts Manager, responsible for managing the operations of FCL. Stewart has been with FCL for 29 years and has hit the ground running thanks to his extensive knowledge of the company’s operations.
Shane Bell is promoted to Stewart’s previous role of Contracts Supervisor, ensuring continuity for our team and customers.
Ian Fraser joins FCL as our Technical Consultant. The objective of Ian’s role is to provide technical expertise to Local Authorities and Asset Managers for FCL’s Asphalt Geosynthetic solution. He will also be carrying out CPD’s and events to help inform asset managers on our propositions. Ian brings to FCL a wealth of experience in senior management, technical and business development roles in major Geosynthetic organisations. Externally, Ian is also Chair of the BSI Technical Committee B553 – Geosynthetics.

These moves reflect our need to build the team that will help us achieve our ambitious development plans over the next few years.
