Client: V X Fibre
Colchester is one of the first towns in the UK set to benefit from a new gigabit-capable “full fibre” (FTTP) broadband ISP Network. FCL was engaged in early 2021 to come up with a solution for installation of the first communication shelter to safely house and form a hub for the state of the art equipment.
Our Solution
Taking into account the needs of the client, we worked to create a bespoke schedule of works which were successfully completed within a tight time frame. Our works included the excavation, formwork and pouring of concrete to pad the foundations. Once this was completed we fixed 1.8m of security fencing before carefully lifting the shelter by crane into its correct position.
Client: Rivenhall Oaks Golf Centre Car Park
Rivenhall Oaks Golf Centre in Essex had a 30 bay parking facility but with continued expansion of this thriving golf course and function centre the parking was extending into an old sugar beet pad. We worked with our client on a solution to provide appropriate car parking facilities spanning over 4,000m2 in order to provide more robust, appropriate safe parking for the thriving golf course and function centre.
